As someone from Lorraine myself, this bakery is the ambassador of Lorraine in Occitanie. The Lorraine pâtés and tarts are excellent. The bread and pastries are a hundred times better than those from supermarkets. All the other specialties deserve to be stamped "Very Very Good." In short, it's worth the trip. Let's hope it lasts as long as possible and that any successors will do just as well.

Beware of the impolite, the impatient, the unassuming. Richard and Valérie have strong personalities, it's in their genes. No point showing up without a hello, without a smile. Anyone who doesn't answer their cell phone doesn't know it yet, but they're exposing themselves to the worst. The boss and the boss are sometimes stormy. There are even days when they really butt heads. This teasing never lasts long. And it really sets the mood in the bakery. As retirement approaches, it's time to find a successor. Passionate people, artisans, early risers who get up well before the hour. The Place du Ballon, which has lived through the war and yet has seen others, is now worried about seeing these guests leave. A very, very good artisanal bakery. A must-try!

I had left Teyran, and upon returning recently, I was delighted to rediscover this bakery. Absolutely everything is delicious. There's something for everyone, including Lorraine specialties, of course—mmm, mirabelle plum tarts, Lorraine pâtés… and much more. As for the bread, it's a real treat to rediscover the taste of good bread, all served with a smile and good cheer.

While on holiday in Teyran, we discovered this bakery which lives up to its name :) Pastries, bread and cakes... everything is delicious, and the chocolate croissants are "just like they used to be," perfectly flaky and generously filled... Our only regret was that the owners were on holiday during our second week of vacation, because we couldn't find a better bakery in the area!

Our go-to bakery for everyday use, they serve excellent bread. And their Lorraine specialties are simply divine. A little guilty pleasure is the Mauricette, which we devour on the way home :) The service is impeccable and always friendly, with a kind word for everyone, even the children.

The pastries and flan are best avoided, as the receptionist didn't even say hello. It's one of the worst bakeries I've ever tasted, and there's no choice of drinks (Coke, Orangina, water, nothing more).

Everything you find in this bakery is delicious; they're true artisan bakers, just the way we like them. Their wholemeal sourdough bread is unlike anything you'll find anywhere else. Thank you so much for sharing your love of quality food.

The shopkeeper was unpleasant: she pointed out that I hadn't said "hello" to her, even though I had greeted her twice upon entering the shop. That's how you lose a customer!
