Very disappointed by the change in management As a long-time regular at this restaurant, I am unfortunately very disappointed by the new management. There's a clear desire to copy the old establishment (Mongelli), without managing to reach the previous standard. Despite the kindness of the long-time waitress and her colleague, the atmosphere is no longer the same: the new pizza chef seems quite aggressive in his manner, which makes the experience uncomfortable. As for the food, the quality has significantly declined: the pizzas often arrive burnt and with a long wait (which wasn't the case before), even when the restaurant is empty. The most regrettable aspect is the value for money: prices have increased while the quality of the ingredients and the pleasure I used to get from coming here have disappeared. It's a shame, because it used to be an excellent place.

A superb restaurant in Saint-Gély-du-Fesc! If you're looking for authentic and generous Italian cuisine, Mama Rosa is a must. The dishes are homemade, using quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. The service is just as good as the food: the team is very welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making for a truly enjoyable experience. As for the atmosphere, the setting is warm and inviting, perfect for a family dinner, a get-together with friends, or even a romantic dinner for two.

Fantastic restaurant, the staff are amazing, and the food is worthy of the best Italian restaurants. I highly recommend the tiramisu, it's to die for!

Very, very average pizza. The crust was dry, extremely dry, and felt almost frozen. The toppings looked like they'd been picked from the bargain bin… it's hard to understand the price. At this point, we're still looking for the "Mama" in this story—she must have gone off to find quality ingredients and never come back…

I had the tomato and burrata salad: it was good and fresh, and ultimately, the ingredients are quite simple. However, the price is really excessive: €21 for a few tomatoes, a burrata, and three slices of prosciutto, when these products cost much less in a supermarket. It's quite outrageous.

A truly wonderful experience! Thank you so much for your hospitality; this is an excellent Italian restaurant! The best calzone of my life, pizzas, and authentic, incredibly generous portions of pasta carbonara!! And the tiramisu was amazing, yum yum yum!!! Great team! Thank you!

A must-try! Excellent pizzas and dishes, generous portions made with fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. A cozy, homey atmosphere with top-notch service and a very friendly and attentive staff. A wonderful place to spend time with family or friends. Don't miss it.

Huge disappointment since the change of ownership. The prices haven't changed (€17-19 for a pizza), but the quality has clearly plummeted. The ingredients are tasteless and seem low-end, and the crust is incredibly thin, dry, and brittle—a far cry from what used to make the place famous. At this price point, offering such poor quality is practically highway robbery. The discrepancy between the prices and the service is hard to accept. We were regular customers, but we won't be back. Avoid it. Seriously!
