We go there regularly; the pizzas are excellent and generously topped. We love the atmosphere, and the owner often makes us laugh.

I've been going to this pizzeria with my family for several years now and I've never been disappointed. Both the friendly service and the quality of the pizzas are excellent!

The best around is Pascalou. The calzone is a marvel, perfectly filled and served piping hot: just like home cooking. Thank you, artisanal!

First time here, the pizzas are really well made, magnificent! I'll be back.

We had called to check that the service was still running. Clearly, the information hadn't reached the establishment—or perhaps the motivation had evaporated along the way. Upon arrival, we were informed, with the enthusiasm of a rainy Monday morning, that "no, actually, it won't be possible." The person in the dining room seemed eager to exceed the legally mandated closing time: every response gave the impression that insisting would be an act of pure provocation. The welcome is so "warm" that we finally understand the secret to this intimate atmosphere… let's just say the lack of customers contributes significantly to it. It's a shame: one almost wonders if a smile isn't considered a paid service. At this point, the "open" sign is almost poetic.

For someone like me who loves calzones, it's a treat every time… perfect mastery of the cooking and the filling… a soft, fluffy crust, a creamy egg, a mild tomato sauce that never makes the crust soggy… just perfect! I'll take a picture next time, I've already devoured it! Great service on the phone, delivery on time and in a good mood! You guys are the best! Don't change a thing!

Not being cheese lovers, and wanting to share pizzas with friends, I ordered a flammekueche, as I usually do at other pizzerias. I went to get my pizzas, and the flammekueche had cheese on it... I was very disappointed to have paid for something I hadn't ordered and hadn't eaten. I asked the cook if I had ordered a flammekueche, and he replied, "We don't have it on the menu. We have a flamiche, which is a version of flammekueche with cheese..." Why would I have agreed to order a flammekueche if I wasn't going to make one? I was dismayed by the lack of consideration, the lack of any gesture of goodwill, or even an apology. I left and didn't eat anything that evening. I was very disappointed by the reaction and the lack of communication when taking the order. I paid for something that didn't match the order that had been confirmed over the phone. And nothing, not an apology, nor a product change to give me what I had asked for.
