I simply came in to grab a Happy Meal for my child in a hurry. After a 21-minute wait, seeing customers served after me who had already finished their meals, I asked about my order. No one could find it. After several more minutes, the order was finally located, but I had to repeat everything I had ordered, item by item. The young man at the register, however, was very friendly and professional, and I want to emphasize that. The most disappointing aspect was the attitude of a woman behind the counter, probably a manager. When I asked what had happened to my order, her reaction and expression clearly implied that it wasn't her concern and not her problem. In an establishment that caters to families and children, a minimum of explanation and empathy would be appreciated. To top it all off, the Happy Meal was incomplete: the ketchup, napkins, and, most importantly, the toy were missing. Such disorganization for a simple Happy Meal is hard to understand. I sincerely hope this problem doesn't happen again.

Outrageous! On a Sunday evening, after waiting 35 minutes at the drive-thru just to have our order taken, we were told we wouldn't be served. Absolutely ridiculous!

This is the umpteenth time their Coke has been undrinkable; either it's flat or incredibly bland. Do you even taste your drinks before selling them to customers? What about the processes that maintain a consistent level of quality, especially considering the prices you're charging? It's unacceptable.

The foie gras is excellent, the scallops fabulous. Nice wine list, quality service, silver cutlery.

Hello. Order not fulfilled. Product is getting less and less flavorful. And the quantity is decreasing. Unlike the price... The Coca-Cola is undrinkable. It's a concentrate like syrup, and then there's just water with ice cubes. There's about one to one and a half centimeters of syrup and Coca-Cola. The rest is just water! The Big Mac, eaten in five bites, is one euro per bite. For a McDonald's, which supposedly aims to be an affordable and quality restaurant. A terrible experience. My whole family used to come about once or twice a month, sometimes more. From now on, I tell my children every time that it's junk food, which is well known in your country, and that's the image you project. But on top of that, you're drastically increasing your prices and reducing the quantity. So, the customer feels like a complete idiot, spending €24 on a simple meal and a Big Mac! Definitely avoid it, and the same goes for all the other franchises, since the prices are set by top management... Thankfully, there's Burger King. And it's much more appealing, even if their prices are slightly lower, but they offer a larger portion size. Word of mouth and acquaintances working in marketing and advertising are quick to point out the huge disparity between the two chains. Even though it will always be junk food. As has been said before, and as evidenced in a book, a man nearly died eating nothing but fast food for a month. Thanks to the big corporations, I hope the voters are at least happy. At the expense of the customers who will flee your brand. On the other hand, your advertising budget will never be revealed because millions are invested just for your image. But anyone who actually uses the products completely contradicts that. Sincerely, I hope never to see you again.

Still problems with the ice cream. In the summer, no milkshakes, missing sauces you find at other McDonald's, or sometimes no ice cream at all. App promotions aren't available for drive-thru because the restaurant closes at 10:30 PM, so they don't work. There are always errors with click & collect. This McDonald's is pretty mediocre.

My worst McDonald's experience ever. I placed an order at 6:05 PM for one adult and two children. I had to complain at 6:25 PM and ask them to send it to takeout because the restaurant was filthy and I didn't want to eat at the tables with my children. At 6:35 PM, my order finally arrived with a large fry that looked like a small one and was even colder. I asked someone who noted that my order still hadn't arrived after 20 minutes... and that was it. I have no further expectations of this McDonald's, and I'm still disappointed.

Probably the worst McDonald's in France. I called them three times to check if my Deliveroo order was ready; they answered the phone and hung up on me three times. Completely unprofessional, avoid at all costs!! I'm going to get a refund and I'll never go there again.

I ordered one Big Mac meal and one kids' meal. My son's applesauce was missing, the nuggets tasted awful, like reheated food, and the flat, ice-free Coke was just awful 😡. Not to mention the numerous times there was no fruit or salad. They deserve to have some competition set up shop nearby.

I came to your restaurant on June 6th. I ordered at the self-service kiosk, but I didn't get a receipt, although the payment was processed. I went to the cashier to report it... The person before me had the same issue, but in my case, the payment wouldn't have gone through... I paid again at the cashier and decided to check my banking app anyway, and I saw two payments... The employee told me it was just a hold on my card... It's been two weeks already, that's a long hold! Luckily it was a small amount! But I don't appreciate being scammed by lazy management! Please be careful with your payments, customers.

I ordered two Happy Meals: delivered without fries. No problem, they eventually gave them to me. My son went to get his ice cream sundae after his meal and came back with a mini McCafé cup and his ice cream in it. Even though Happy Meal sundaes are smaller than regular sundaes, they're still bigger, and besides, you don't give a child a "McCafé" cup. I won't be going back there because this is the third time we've been and there's been a problem: ice cream in the espresso cup, forgotten items, or a teenager punching the children in the play area.

The staff wasn't very friendly, and the burger seemed to be made in a rush.

Good evening, went to the drive-thru tonight and paid €39 for an undrinkable warm Coke!!!! No more McDonald's in Pignan, it'll be Juvignac from now on!!!!
