The baker this morning, Tuesday, May 12th, at 7:30 am, was fantastic from start to finish: smiling, attentive, truly excellent service. She even put my loyalty card in my bag, even though it's the first time I've ever received one.

I'm only giving one star because otherwise I can't post!!! I already had a bad experience at this bakery a few months ago with a saleswoman who spoke very rudely to customers. I reported the incident to management, but they don't care because she still works in Pignan and Fabrègues. Then yesterday morning around 9:30, I thought, "Okay, I'll go get my bread there," and bingo, I ran into a saleswoman with no smile, cold and ungrateful in her manner of speaking!! There are only two employees who are great in this bakery; the rest frankly have no business being there!! I've been a cashier for 30 years, and management needs to understand that the saleswomen are part of the store's image and reputation, but as usual, they won't do anything!!

The waitress was about as friendly as a prison door.

I've bought my bread from Galzin Pignan several times now. The first time, my New Year's bread order was forgotten. The second time, I bought a "Pavé du Larzac" loaf, and it was so hard I doubted its freshness. I returned it. And the third time, I ordered burger buns, and they were inedible, so hard. The saleswoman confirmed that they had been baked that day. In short, the service is poor, and the bread quality is bad. The Aveyron flour is completely wasted due to the poor baking. This bakery should be avoided!

The three workers I found are very kind and patient with customers.

I watched this bakery being built and I have no complaints about the quality and price; everything seems fine. You have to remember it's a bakery, not a restaurant, so a five-star rating makes sense. Every day, I'm happy to come here; it's part of my little routine. And I'll continue to do so. 🫡😉

An extremely unpleasant saleswoman who gives you a dirty look just because you politely ask her if she has a slightly cooler bottle of water.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Victoire bakery in Pignan, which has been steadily declining in quality, service, and products for the past seven years. There's less and less choice, and the products taste and look rather bland. The pastries are dry and unchanged, and the selection is drastically reduced! Almost all the products are frozen. Lately, I've tried three times to buy lunch there, but each time I've turned back. Every time, I find myself facing an empty display case at 11:30 am, with nothing appealing. It's always the same labels, the same recipes, sometimes with attempts at something different, like ketchup on the hot wraps—supposedly to create originality? Just like their excessive double coulis on your cookies... In 7 years, I've also never seen such a high staff turnover... At this point, it might be wise to ask some questions... In short, there's a long way to go to catch up with the Galzin bakery in the hills above Fabrègues... Sincerely.
