A wonderful discovery! This tastefully decorated restaurant is located on the quayside in Palavas. The staff was very welcoming, especially the bartender who gave us excellent advice about the cocktail menu! A variety of dishes are offered on the menu, with a special mention for the "Pinse Bologna," which was absolutely delicious. Don't hesitate to add a touch of balsamic cream; it's divine! ;-) We will definitely be back! :-)

We ate at To’mmà - Cucina di Famiglia during our visit to Palavas-les-Flots and, unfortunately, we were disappointed. The dishes didn't particularly impress us. We felt like we were eating very simple food, the kind you could easily prepare at home in no time. The pasta didn't seem to be fresh, which is a bit of a shame for a restaurant that promotes home-style Italian cooking. As for the cocktails, they were okay, but rather bland for our taste. They lacked sugar, character, and flavor, making them quite unremarkable. The biggest drawback was the value for money. We paid nearly €60 for two people, a price that seemed high considering the quality and simplicity of the dishes. We were expecting a more authentic and refined experience. Unfortunately, this is a place that didn't win us over. Perhaps others will appreciate it, but for our part, we don't plan to return.

A real gem! We thoroughly enjoyed the warm welcome from the entire team and the quality of the food and desserts. Everything is homemade, even the cocktails are made entirely from syrups they prepare themselves. The crème brûlée-style tiramisu is a must-try. Thank you so much for this excellent experience, we'll be back!

Very disappointed after reading the very positive reviews. The dishes were bland and served lukewarm, probably made in advance, and it's quite expensive for pasta. A bottle of basic Italian rosé cost 30 euros. I do not recommend it.

A superb culinary experience this lunchtime on the terrace. Our little one devoured the rigatoni pesto of the day and the tiramisu (he usually only eats ice cream!). And what can I say about the pinse San Vito as a starter and the Polpo alla siciliana salad?! It's truly excellent cuisine, fresh and authentic. Plus, a wonderful welcome from Alessandro. Good, homemade food. Decent portions. The cocktails are good too. The antipasti are a bit pricey, but the rest of the menu is fine.

Everything was perfect and exactly to our liking! The pasta was delicious, the appetizers too, and the reimagined tiramisu was a real treat.

I highly recommend this excellent little Italian restaurant (note that they don't have pizza on the menu). The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the service is impeccable. The cocktails are fantastic.

Excellent restaurant in Palavas! A warm, friendly welcome with a Sicilian accent 😁 A very pleasant setting (the right bank quay is quieter) and beautifully decorated. And the food!!! A real treat, everything is cooked with love for Sicilian cuisine, you can taste it! A Sicilian organic wine to accompany our meal. A complimentary limocello before we left. We highly recommend this restaurant (they also have live music evenings 😊)
