We were looking for our first restaurant with gluten-free dishes in Montpellier and stumbled upon the best pizzeria in the city, both for the friendliness of the staff and the price and quality of their pizzas. Yesterday, our large group ate a variety of pizzas at Fabio's, including a gluten-free option. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed both the pizzas in white sauce and the classic tomato sauce with toppings, and the gluten-free option was a great bonus. Fabio was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely come back!

The pizzeria recently changed hands, and the new owner, Fabio, a true Italian, is immediately apparent in the food. The pizzas are excellent and definitely worth the trip. The sourdough is light, flavorful, and perfectly executed. A major plus: they offer a gluten-free option, which is quite rare and worth mentioning. I chose a four-cheese pizza with a cream base, and it was a real treat: generous, melt-in-your-mouth, and very well-balanced. The welcome is warm, and the atmosphere has that charming Italian feel, complete with the accent! A place to discover without hesitation.
