Terrible service, there's never anyone there and they always serve you reluctantly.

The prices are quite high for such mediocre service, food, and ingredients. It's disheartening to write this, but I do not recommend this restaurant, which shows no respect for its customers.

We just ordered a dish. We asked for lamb chops with fries. They gave us rice with vegetables. And when we called them directly and told them, they replied, "So what? What's the problem?" Absolutely no respect.

A friendly, family-run restaurant. Excellent food. Thank you!

Avoid at all costs! The epitome of stinginess: 1.50 for 3 lemon slices? We don't all have Jeff Bezos's wealth!

I came today for dessert and coffee. It was the first… and the last time. We ordered two Viennese coffees, a gourmet coffee, and a tiramisu. When ordering, I clearly specified to the waitress that I wanted a coffee with very little coffee and a lot of milk. When it arrived, what a disappointment! The coffee was hard to describe: it was like an espresso diluted with water. There was obviously very little milk, far from what we had asked for. If you don't have enough milk to prepare the drink properly, it would be more professional to inform the customer so they can choose something else if needed. Disappointed, I went back to the counter to ask for more milk. I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes. This delay was clearly not due to a busy service; I got the impression that they had simply run out of milk. The waitress seemed embarrassed, but in this kind of situation, you have to be responsive and professional: offer an alternative, find a solution, or make a gesture of goodwill. Customers come to have a pleasant experience, not to make multiple trips back and forth to get an order that matches what they clearly asked for. As for the desserts, the disappointment continued. The "café gourmand" was uninteresting: a miniature tart (and I'm used to the size of pastries for "café gourmand" desserts, but come on!), a rather bland fondant... Nothing memorable. The tiramisu didn't improve matters either. In the end, we left barely five minutes after receiving our order. I explained our dissatisfaction to the waitress, who apologized, then presented me with the bill: €22. No gesture of goodwill, even though the coffees didn't match our order and we barely drank them. I can't stand businesses that, despite an obvious mistake, make no effort to satisfy their customers. Mistakes happen, and as a customer, I can completely understand that. However, what matters is how they're handled. A professional establishment takes responsibility for its mistakes and seeks to rectify the disappointment caused. Seeing someone with a rueful expression while handing me the payment terminal without any compensation is, in my opinion, unacceptable. It's not about money, but about respect for the customer, satisfaction, and professionalism.

Avoid this place! The lemon slices cost 50 cents each. I wasn't informed of this price; I bought three slices and ended up paying for 1 kg of lemons for the price of three slices. Outrageous!

Unfortunately, we were disappointed despite the very pleasant and welcoming waitress. My friend ordered an entrecôte steak. It wasn't an entrecôte at all, not even close. I ordered a pizza called "La Belle Souad," and I found it had an excessive amount of crème fraîche, which was quickly absorbed. Overall, the pizza wasn't amazing but edible, and the same goes for the entrecôte; I was disappointed it wasn't an entrecôte.

I'm a regular in this neighborhood and at this place. I regularly come to buy a four-cheese red pizza. I find it tasty, original, and generously topped, and I'm always warmly welcomed and well served. But tonight, it was a disaster! There weren't any of the four cheeses, especially the ricotta, nor any basil. The pieces of parmesan weren't even cooked, let alone melted! And don't even get me started on the crust: soggy and undercooked. What a disappointment, worse than a frozen pizza! It would be better to warn customers when they order that the four-cheese pizza can't be as usually described in the flyer, because this is really disrespectful to their customers, who feel like they've been taken for a fool. I admit I'm having a hard time understanding it!

The restaurant and the food were okay... just one thing that bothers me is the restaurant staff's responses to reviews... they're clearly generated by artificial intelligence. I don't find that very respectful of the customer. A more concise response would be better than these standardized replies.

The cutlery was covered in pollen. The burger bun was dry and stale, the pizza dough soggy, and the pizzas were covered in parmesan powder that masked all the other flavors. When I went to pay in cash, I was told it wasn't possible and that I had to pay by card. Unbelievable.

We ate there on Saturday evening. The restaurant was clean and the furniture was well-maintained. The waitress was very pleasant, but she was working alone and seemed a bit overwhelmed. We were somewhat disappointed by the food and the value for money. It was 7:30 pm, and we were offered couscous as the daily special. After taking our order, the waitress came back to tell us that they were out of it. My partner ordered the Italian salad, and she also came back to tell us that she couldn't make it. As for the atmosphere, there were two people singing and playing an instrument. It was oriental music, very pretty and well-sung, but too loud; we couldn't hear ourselves speak.

We visited this establishment on April 2, 2026, at 10:50 a.m. We sat down at a table on the terrace that we liked, especially because it was sunny. However, even though there were absolutely no other customers and no occupied tables, a waitress asked us to move, claiming that this area was reserved for dining. The way this was done was particularly unpleasant and unprofessional. We felt out of place and clearly unwelcome. So we decided to leave and went to a bakery next door. About 20 minutes later, when we returned to our car, we found that there were still absolutely no customers in the restaurant. This situation is therefore completely incomprehensible and gives a very bad impression of the establishment. A very disappointing experience, both in terms of the service and the respect shown to the customer.

Frankly, very disappointing. We tried this restaurant with simple expectations, but everything was a letdown. The pasta carbonara was completely bland: a sort of water with cream, tasteless, with no texture, nothing like a real carbonara. The chicken was just as strange, as if diluted with water, with a poorly executed lemony aftertaste. The fries? Clearly just basic frozen fries… in a restaurant, that's really disappointing. The service didn't help either: the waitress was unpleasant, and we even overheard her snapping at a customer, calling her crazy, which created a rather awkward atmosphere. At the end, even though we'd barely touched our plates, no one asked us if we were satisfied. It felt like they were deliberately avoiding the question. Bonus: judging by the responses to the reviews, we were almost expecting a long, scripted message saying that everything is going to change… as usual. It's a shame that this is apparently never the case. In short, an experience to avoid. 😅

The atmosphere was nice with a singer in the restaurant, however, we were very disappointed with the service. The waiter with glasses and his hair tied back was completely unprofessional and raised his voice when we pointed out a mistake in the cooking of our dishes. As for the couscous, the chicken wasn't cleaned; there were feathers on the drumstick. We won't be back; I don't recommend it.
