IT - Italian Trattoria Montpellier

What a disappointment. We ordered through a well-known platform. The reviews were good and the photos quite convincing, so we decided to give this pizzeria a chance. The crust was rubbery, but I'm willing to overlook that due to shipping in a sealed box. I have serious doubts that the mozzarella was buffalo milk; it was bland and very dense. The ham didn't seem very good either—very thick, very salty, and also rubbery. The bread served with the antipasti was swimming in tomato juice and the whey from the mozzarella, so it was completely soggy. The amount of pesto on this ball of cheese was truly negligible. The chocolate mousse was so runny you could have drunk it through a straw. In short, it was a bitter disappointment for us. We're glad people enjoy eating at your place, but we won't be back. I sincerely hope you improve.

I'm giving it one star because serving such a paltry amount of pasta for €14 is, in my opinion, a real lack of respect for customers. The value for money is completely unbalanced: the ingredients probably cost a fraction of that price, but the portion is so small that it feels like they're cutting corners at the customer's expense. At that price, you have the right to expect a more generous dish. A very disappointing experience. I won't be back.

IT Restaurant in Montpellier truly offers a perfect Italian experience! The atmosphere is warm, the service is fast, and the staff is incredibly friendly. But the real deal is the pizzas! 🍕 I can honestly say they have the most delicious pizzas I've ever had. The dough is thin and crispy, the ingredients are fresh, the cheese is plentiful, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. The "Postano" and "4 formaggi" are especially worth trying. Their burrata pizzas are legendary, too! No need to go to Italy; this is where the heart of Italian cuisine beats. I highly recommend it! 👌
