Domino's Pizza Montpellier Ouest

I ordered two large Hawaiian pizzas on the app. A minute after placing the order, I called to simply request a sauce change. I was told that both pizzas were already in the oven. Honestly, what incredible speed! At that rate, Domino's should deliver before you even place the order! I then explained the situation to the manager, who told me there was no problem and that he would take care of it. I thanked him for his understanding. But when I arrived, I discovered that only one pizza had been changed and placed on top, while the other had remained with the original tomato sauce. When I called back, the employee started to justify himself, claiming that he had told me he would only change one pizza, which is completely false. Instead of admitting his mistake, he preferred to invent a story that suited him. It's not the mistake itself that bothers me most, but the lack of honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, this is the last time I'll order from Domino's because of this bad experience.

Honestly, a fantastic experience right from the first contact! I placed my order by phone and the woman was absolutely lovely. She took the time to explain everything calmly, with great kindness and patience. It's so refreshing to receive such a warm welcome, especially over the phone where it's not always the case. Delivery requested for 6:30pm, it finally arrived at 7pm, which is a real shame considering I pre-ordered at 4pm, but otherwise excellent as always!

An order placed with them through Uber Eats was charged, but the order was immediately canceled due to a scheduling error. Uber Eats refused to issue a refund even though Domino's never fulfilled the order. Fortunately, Angela handled the situation perfectly and rectified Uber Eats' mistakes. Thank you to her!

I placed my order online. I was warned it might take a while. After an hour, I called: they told me it was on its way. 20 minutes later, I called again. In the end, they delivered cold pizzas because the pizzas hadn't shipped the first time. They did offer me a drink, which I won't have, and they deducted €3 from the delivery fee, but I clearly stated on my last call that I wanted HOT pizzas. But no… so I'm disappointed this time.

November 2025: Pepperoni, thin crust, the dough is really good, perfectly cooked, the toppings are just right. October 2025: The pizza doesn't match the description on the website at all. I received a photo and a receipt upon request. The dough was smeared with industrial tomato paste and the pizza was overloaded with industrial fried onions. I couldn't find the ingredients mentioned for the vegan option and I'm very disappointed. The delivery itself was perfect and on time. I didn't make any complaint, and I haven't received any response regarding the promised discount following a previous, well-founded, and justified complaint. Before: The pizzas have always been quite generously topped. I appreciate this culinary approach, which is reminiscent of Italy and Sicily and demonstrates a commitment to customer service. The pizzas are generally good, even excellent. All the ingredients seem fresh, which is reassuring (knowing that both young and old can enjoy the pizza with confidence). The pizza was still good and edible for lunch the next day. Delivery is usually fast, and the drivers are friendly and discreet. Ordering online and on the website is straightforward and clearly explained. September 2024: I feel like I received a defrosted pizza, just warmed up but not cooked. It was impossible to slice because the crust was so pale, floury, soggy, extremely salty, and tasteless. It had two mushrooms, a tenth of a bell pepper, 15 grams of cheese, a quarter of a tomato, three olives, and two slices of onion. I was really disappointed and regretted this order. The delivery drivers are usually quite punctual, friendly, and discreet... I think it's the worst pizza I've ever eaten; I threw it away. Despite this very poor experience, I placed another order. The delivery was perfect, and the pizza was good.
