Really not great, expensive and tense atmosphere with cops constantly around

Honestly, this gentleman has been there for at least 20 years, on Place Albert 1er in Montpellier. His baguette kebab is to die for, plus they're super friendly.

The health inspectors should really take a look at this "restaurant"... Avoid it

For all the times he tried to scam me out of change when I was little, this definitely deserves a star.

Cap Chef is the best restaurant in Montpellier, offering exceptional sensations with every bite! A truly enjoyable culinary experience, where philosophical conversations are sure to follow. It's a must-visit, a place that brings joy and happiness.

Today I'm giving 5 stars to acknowledge the bravery of Mourad, the chef who welcomed us to his fabulously unhygienic restaurant. I started with a half-empty American-style burger and asked him to add more steak. He replied, "I'll give you a little surprise," which turned out to be a simple piece of cold chicken pulled from under the boiler. Still hungry, I then started on a bruschetta (pizza) which had an incredible amount of dust on it. Despite all this, the chef entertained us with a fabulous story about medical school while asking if our meal was good, despite the nasty stomach bug that was brewing.

Wonderful moment! Mourad is a very friendly person, truly an unforgettable moment despite the piece of shell from the Second World War that I found in my croque monsieur, accompanied by its grated cheese sprinkled with grated shisha charcoal that could be mistaken for truffle. I am currently in the hospital because the shell exploded in my stomach and also because of food poisoning but otherwise I highly recommend this place.

They pressured us into buying a slice, and they took the opportunity to sell us a whole pizza, which wasn't very good at all. Honestly, avoid it.

Nice between two appointments.

If you want to die of food poisoning, go ahead and run! Thaw the product and refreeze it indefinitely. Even a tray of fries could land you in the hospital. If I could give you zero stars, I would; you're dangerous.
