You certainly have other qualities, but stop cooking pasta!

Very disappointed. We ordered carbonara from the food truck, and it was clearly inedible. The sauce was bitter and made with cream, despite being described as an Italian recipe. There were only three pieces of raw bacon, a very meager quantity. €9.50 for pasta is already expensive, so if the quality and flavor are also lacking, it's unacceptable. Three students ordered and tried the dish, and we are extremely disappointed to have wasted our money. We reported the issue, and they gave us a credit note for €9.90 for three dishes, which is clearly not enough to justify the €35 we spent. They didn't even offer to recook the bacon.

Very disappointed. A dish costing €9.90 is practically the price of a sit-down meal in a restaurant. I ordered a portion of pasta carbonara, and I'm still looking for the sauce in the dish. I know perfectly well it's not made with cream, but a minimum amount of sauce would have been nice. The bacon is 80% fat and undercooked. I was so disappointed that I made a video, but unfortunately, I can't publish it. So maybe the pasta is fresh, but one thing is for sure: it's dry. It's a shame, considering the price and the small portion; I thought I was going to enjoy it.
