It's a real shame that prices keep increasing.

The store was spotless, clean, and very good.

Friendly staff and good selection. Perhaps the flooring could use replacing as it's a bit too warm inside, especially in the dining area.

Very disappointed with the Caesar salads. The quality and quantity have declined, and they were filled with stale bread. The price hasn't gone down. And two of the flans were at least two days old. I won't be going back to Marie Blachère.

Bakery chain, industrial production process; the bread is bought in the morning and completely soggy by evening. Three months ago, I bought two sandwiches as a set menu; no sauce, no dressing. Tasteless.

Because of Raphaël, who's an excellent salesman, I almost cleaned out the shop!!!! Come on, we'll look great in our swimsuits!!! 😜

This morning, an employee at your bakery was unpleasant and insulting. I ordered a "mountain" ham sandwich, and she brought me a "cooked ham" sandwich. I said I didn't like that; I preferred the ham one. I also asked for a Lipton peach drink, and your employee offered me a Lipton raspberry. I politely replied that I didn't like raspberry, and she had the nerve to say, "You don't like much of anything!" What right did she have to speak to me like that? I hope she gets reprimanded by the manager. I am disappointed with the service from your employees.
