McDonald's

The manager, named Ludovic, is very unpleasant to his employees; what I heard is unacceptable and ruins the entire experience. I do not recommend it.

The drive-thru service was fine, but the staff in the dining room were truly depressing—cold, impersonal, and they kept to themselves, clearly bothering them with their behavior...🥴😨😰

They forgot my order, and when I asked, they told me I didn't order ice cream.

I don't like contributing to negative reviews, but I feel compelled to this time. I've been going to this establishment for 10 years, and I can't recall a single visit that went perfectly. The staff is unfriendly, preparation times exceed 20 minutes every time, orders are almost always incomplete, sodas are flat and without ice, sandwiches are cold (they're bagged first and then sit there for over 20 minutes), and employees chat with absolutely no regard for customer service. Is there even a manager in this restaurant?

The toilets were in an unacceptable state. There was a lot of excrement on the floor and no visible cleaning.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. I've been saying for years that I'm fed up with this McDonald's, and tonight is the last straw. There's always something missing. If I order click and collect, it's because I'm short on time, and you always have to go back or even go inside to report that something's missing. And never a single sauce, never a gesture of apology for all their nonsense. We won't be going back. I've never seen such a terrible McDonald's.

This is completely unacceptable. I waited over half an hour for a milkshake. I asked them to wait, but they said they'd make it soon, but I still haven't received it. So I left, knowing it was 9:30 PM. I'll never go back there. Knowing I'm diabetic, it could have ended very badly.
