A disaster. A 2.5-hour wait. The delivery finally arrived at 9:45 PM after two calls, but it was completely ruined. Inedible. There won't be a third time. What a shame.

Avoid at all costs!!! A complete disaster, worthy of a hoax… Catastrophic service: over a 2-hour wait, dishes we wanted unavailable – we had to change our order. The order was initially placed at 8 pm… delivery was scheduled for 9 pm… then announced as “a little after 9 pm” and finally arrived at 10 pm… with the dishes completely spilled… unusable… because they forgot to close the containers…. I understand they're busy, but these people clearly don't know how to run a restaurant…. So the delivery driver left with the order… because it was completely unusable… The poor driver seemed genuinely sorry, though. I've never had such a bad experience with a restaurant, whether dining in or getting delivery. Especially since we had to call twice, otherwise they would never have warned us about the delay… So, honestly, do your profession a favor and change careers immediately…

The food wasn't fresh; we ordered with friends and we all got sick. This isn't the first time, which is why I'm leaving a review. I won't be back this time!

Price increases and quantity reductions, as mentioned in another comment, I've noticed the same thing. It's a shame; my dish was also reheated in the microwave for at least 4 or 5 minutes, and when I got home it was still frozen in the middle.

We've been ordering from Thai & Sushi for years and even gave them 5 stars through my wife's account, but things have changed since then... To put it simply, you should have chosen between raising prices and reducing portion sizes. I chose the latter, and you won't be seeing us again. For example, this afternoon I paid €9.90 for three mini skewers that were defrosted and served on a bed of rice... it would be cheaper to buy the same box at Paris Store. I'm disgusted because it was so convenient having you in Fabrègues...
