Service needs improvement. An order was placed two days prior and noted by a young woman. Two days later, at the agreed time, nothing was ready, and no one seemed to know anything about it.

Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your bakery. When I arrived around 5:00 PM, even though there was only one person ahead of me, I had to wait quite a long time. The saleswomen seemed more preoccupied with their personal conversations than with welcoming and serving customers. I found this attitude unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Furthermore, I have noticed recently that the baguettes are getting shorter and shorter. The last one I bought was about 34 cm long, making it difficult to prepare two sandwiches. This reduction in size is surprising and warrants an explanation. As a regular customer, I am disappointed by this experience and hope that these comments will be taken into consideration in order to improve the quality of service. A classic baguette usually measures between 55 and 80 cm and often weighs around 250 g, but no text imposes a precise length.

7:00 AM, no wait, nobody around! I was planning to get lunch for eight at the river, but they don't start preparing until around 10:00 AM. I'll stop somewhere else on the way... They should plan ahead for everyone who wants to grab sandwiches for lunch at work... I suggested it to the staff, but I got a grimace... Sister Smile

The products are good and of high quality, but the sales staff really need to be more responsive; there is often a lack of politeness in their communication with the customer.

I'm a regular customer, but this time I'm posting a negative review. For several days now, I've been noticing flies (as they say) on pizzas and other items. Could you (and by the way, do you have small fly-repellent fans for shop windows?) help prevent customers from being driven away. Thank you.

I came to the bakery, the waitresses weren't very pleasant, luckily the young man who was serving was very smiley and pleasant, he raises the level of your bakery!
