A lovely place to discover, with a beautiful shaded outdoor area perfect for summer. Excellent food; the speculoos caramel tiramisu is to die for 😅 Good local wines are on the menu.

We had a wonderful time at La Crouzette restaurant in Combaillaux. A truly delightful discovery! From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from a friendly and attentive team, which immediately put us at ease and made us want to fully enjoy the experience. The dishes were simply delicious: fresh, expertly prepared ingredients, with generous portions bursting with flavor. You can tell the cooking is done with passion and attention to detail. Every dish we tasted was perfectly executed, as beautiful to look at as it was delicious to eat. The setting is also very pleasant, welcoming, and authentic, perfect for sharing a good meal with family, friends, or even for a more relaxed evening. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and the quality of their cuisine. It's exactly the kind of place you want to return to and that we wholeheartedly recommend. If you are in the Combaillaux area, do not hesitate to stop at La Crouzette, you will not be disappointed!

What a disgrace! Absolutely disgrace!!! There were five of us: a couple of friends, my sister, and my niece, looking for a quiet evening, not a Valentine's Day getaway. We asked for the menu, but were told that there was only one set menu that evening, at €45 (drinks not included, of course, but that's to be expected). So, we had no choice, but we decided to stay anyway. I ordered a half-pint of draft beer (which was listed on their website), but the owner told me they were out. I asked, "What other beers do you have?" The reply: "Bottled Chouffe." So, I went for a Chouffe then! After a while, seeing no sign of anything, I asked, "Did you forget the Chouffe?" The response: "We're out!" "You could have told me!" "What else do you have?" "Answer: a Dutch beer, which I didn't know, but whatever, that's all they had!! Oh well! Then, out of the five of us, three of us ordered one of the only two dishes on offer, namely Sea Bream Fillet (which turned out to be frozen) with risotto. None of the three of us even ate half of it; we really felt like we had vomit on our plates!! And to top it all off, with a laughable final touch, my sister asked the owner if there was whipped cream in the Pavlova (she doesn't like whipped cream), and the answer was, "No, there isn't any whipped cream" (since a Pavlova without whipped cream isn't a Pavlova). Finally, when this (mini) dessert arrived, there was more whipped cream than anything else!! Despite all these mishaps, despite the hefty final bill (set menus, carafes of wine, digestif, etc.), there was no gesture of goodwill, and the When I pointed it out to him on principle, he called me an Ariègeois (why?), telling me I could shove my opinion where the sun don't shine! I'm retired, I spent my life in restaurants, I even managed a large brasserie, and I've never seen anything like it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Enjoy a pleasant country lunch in the shade of olive and holm oak trees. The portions were generous, and the mix of tastes and flavors delighted us. The service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was warm.

A wonderful evening! The meat was excellent, very tender… a real treat with the red wine from Domaine de la Jasse! Top-notch service, a place to recommend!
