I'm a bit disappointed with the price; the daily deals are quite confusing. I ordered in bulk, but I don't have a good experience. Even when I pointed it out, the response wasn't very clear.

It's fortunate that the manager isn't often in front of customers: she refused to see me for an order modified 48 hours prior (so it hadn't even been created yet). It's a real shame to be so unpleasant when the rest of the team, on the contrary, is so friendly.

Industrial products that can be useful in a pinch. Arrived after 7:30 PM, which should have been the time for the 50% discount. I bought a little more than I had planned. Result: no 50% discount applied. Disappointed and misleading practice, especially since a sign on the door clearly stated it.

A bakery where customers are practically assaulted when they ask why their order isn't priced as advertised. A bakery where the sales assistant I encountered has such inflated egos that they insist on having the last word, acting condescendingly despite being incapable of providing professional assistance. A bakery where customers are told to learn to read instead of being offered a friendly smile when they don't understand. There are plenty of other bakeries where the advertised price is what you actually pay, bakeries where you're helped with a smile, not pride and arrogance. Avoid at all costs.

It's 7:13 PM, closing time is 8 PM, and I'm told it's impossible to make a pizza right now because no one is finishing their shift... This is the third time this has happened to me, often on Saturdays, actually...

A very unpleasant, very cold, light brown-haired baker who shouts loudly and provides a very poor welcome. I do not recommend this bakery.

Top-notch team, quick and efficient. One small drawback: no tortillas or omelets despite being advertised, which is a shame.

The best baguettes of all the Marie Blachère stores in the area, I travel a long way to buy them from you...it's a shame that for the last 10 days the baguettes have "shrunk" (hence the loss of a star)...will they return to their normal length?
