Boulangerie Victoire

I am a customer of this bakery and I want to commend the staff for their dedication; they are always pleasant and professional. However, I regularly notice that one person seems to be handling many tasks simultaneously, especially at the end of the day. This can lead to wait times and gives the impression of understaffing. This feedback is in no way directed against the employees, who are doing their best, but rather to highlight a situation that seems difficult for both them and the customers.

I only came once

We were surprised to find the store closed on the Intermarché side of the mall, and even more astonished to find the main entrance locked when we arrived and discovered it was closed, even though it wasn't 8 PM and the sales assistants were inside. We were met with a closed door without any explanation for the unusual closure at the posted hours.

Generous bakery

A huge thank you to the young man at the bakery. He welcomed me with such heartwarming kindness. You don't experience that every day. The pizzas were delicious and generously sized, easily rivaling those of a real pizzeria. It's a pleasure to come to a place where you feel so welcome. I'll gladly return. Well-deserved tip!

No problem with the quality of the pastries, although they were a bit pricey. However, the saleswomen were incredibly unpleasant, not even a "hello," no politeness whatsoever, a closed-off expression as if they were annoyed that we were there. In short, the staff needs improvement!
